Master Level
The Institute has taken effort to start M.Tech. programme in select areas relevant to ISRO programme. As of today it has framed the curriculum and syllabus for six such courses namely (a) Propulsion, (b) Optical Engineering , (c) Soft Computing and Machine Learning, (d) RF and Microwave Engineering, (e) Digital Signal Processing and (f) Chemical systems. To start with it is proposed to start M.Tech. programme with young scientists and engineers drawn from ISRO Centres / Units. The courses started from the academic year 2010-11.

- M.Tech. in Softcomputing and Machine Learning
- M.Tech. in Chemical Systems
- M.Tech. in Propulsion
- M.Tech. in RF and Microwave Engineering
- M.Tech. in Digital Signal Processing
- M.Tech. in Optical Engineering
