IIST commenced its observance of Vigilance Awareness Week - 2025 today, October 27, 2025, in alignment with the Central Vigilance Commission (CVC)'s mandate. The week, which runs until November 02, 2025, is being held under the theme, "Vigilance: Our Shared Responsibility." The official commencement was marked by the Integrity Pledge at 11:00 a.m., administered by Prof. Dipankar Banerjee, Vice Chancellor, IIST. Prof. Kuruvilla Joseph, Pro-Vice Chancellor, IIST, Faculty, Officers, and Staff joined the official programme organised in the Council Hall. This solemn oath was taken by the IIST community to affirm their collective commitment to upholding the highest standards of transparency, integrity, and accountability in all institutional activities, thereby reinforcing a culture of ethical governance and vigilance.
