Eco Club

Eco Club Council @ IIST is the formal body formed to make the camps clean and green. Eco club, deals with activities related to campus environment, maintenance of its ecology, hygiene, and waste disposal. It aims to create awareness and sensitivity among students towards the total environment and its allied problems through various programmes. Eco club conducts many campaigns to minimise use of plastics in the campus, moderate use of water resources, reduce air pollution etc.

Aero club

AeroClub at the Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology (IIST) is a student organization dedicated to fostering a passion for aerospace engineering and space science. The club conducts workshops, seminars on various 3d software, and hands-on sessions to make RC planes to enhance technical skills and provide real-world exposure. AeroClub organizes aeromodelling competitions, a dynamic platform for students to explore and engage in aerospace-related activities.
