A research team from the Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology (IIST), Thiruvananthapuram — Anirudh Shekar, Chirang R. Patel, Jerin A. Thachil, and Prof. Ashok Kumar — has developed a new method that uses light to create highly secure random numbers.
