1. Network with top tier companies in core Engineering/ Software/Finance & Banking / consulting sectors in India and abroad for hiring from IIST.
2. Identify the strengths and weaknesses of students and provide / arrange appropriate training programs to improve their performance in placements.
3. Facilitate smooth conduct of internship/ placement drives by industries at IIST year-round.
4. Understand the aspirations of IIST students and work towards fulfilling their career goals.
5. Provide adequate exposure to IIST’s students & strengths through different means – including social media to attract more companies.
6. Provide dynamic career advice to students.
