As AI tools continue to reshape the research landscape, staying ahead of plagiarism detection and ethical implications is more critical than ever. In this context, IIST library is organising a webinar titled "AI & Academic Integrity: Originality Matters" for the IIST academic community. This session aims to bridge the gap between technological innovation and ethical responsibility, providing the academic community with the clarity needed to use similarity checking software to avoid plagiarism in their publications.The webinar is designed to address the submission workflow, which will help faculty generate similarity reports for their own publications and for submissions of students and research scholars. In addition, the webinar will also focus on interpreting the latest AI-writing indicators to identify potential academic misconduct.
