The workplace awareness session focused on creating safe environments promoting awareness of respectful conduct, and empowering individuals with knowledge of their rights and redressal mechanisms.The session was delivered by Mrs. Suman S. Aggarwal, Founder & Chairperson, Samarth India Foundation,where participants learned to recognize sexual harassment in all its forms and understand that the impact of behavior goes beyond intent. The session covered the framework of PoSH, various forms of harassment, redressal mechanisms and the role of the Internal Committee (IC), along with case studies and an interactive Q&A session. The program also highlighted employee rights under workplace laws and explained how to access and use the IC process for addressing grievances.
