As part of outreach activities, IIST in collaboration with LPSC, KSSTM and Aastro Kerala organized an engaging event at the Kerala State Science & Technology Museum on 13th September (Saturday). Shri. R. Hutton, Associate Director of LPSC, delivered an inspiring talk on “Indian Human Spaceflight Challenges.” The session drew an enthusiastic audience of nearly 200 participants, mostly high school and higher secondary students, along with the general public. The talk was followed by an interactive Q&A session, where curious minds got their questions answered. Adding to the excitement, IIST students conducted a water rocket launch demonstration that delighted the crowd. A day filled with curiosity, inspiration, and fun — bringing space science closer to young minds!
