IIST and Optical Society of India has jointly organised International topical meeting on Classical and Quantum Optics (INTOCQ-24) from 16.12.2024 to 18.12.2024 in honour of Prof. G S Agarwal, FRS (Fellow of the Royal Society, UK), TEXAS A & M University, College Station, Texas, USA and former Director, Physical Research Laboratory. Shri. A. S. Kiran Kumar (Former Chairman, ISRO), Dr B. N. Suresh (Hon. Chancellor, IIST), Dr V. Narayanan (Director, LPSC), Prof. Dipankar Banerjee (Director, IIST) and other dignitaries attended the programme.
