Dr. B. S. Manoj received the Presidential Challenge Coin Medals on July 22, 2025 from both the Current IEEE President, Dr. Kathleen Kramer, and the past IEEE President, Dr. Thomas Coughlin, in appreciation for his outstanding leadership, impactful initiatives, and for advancing IEEE’s mission across India through his leadership as Chair of IEEE Kerala Section. As of today, Dr. B. S. Manoj is the only recipient among the IEEE members and leaders in India who has received the medal from both presidents.
