With a view to increase the progressive use of Hindi in official work and to encourage Scientific and Technical writing in Hindi, and as per the orders issued by DOS/ISRO from time to time, Hindi Technical Seminars are being organized every year jointly by the Centres / Units of DOS/ ISRO based on a pooling schedule. IIST, VSSC, LPSC, IPRC, IISU, and APEP have been identified in one group ie. Pool ‘B’ and each Centre/ Unit has to host the Seminar turn-by-turn. This year IIST, Valiamala is organizing Hindi Technical Seminar during November 02 - 03, 2026.

The topic decided by the Organizing Committee for this year is :

Future of Space Explorations: Challenges, Innovations, and Opportunities

Articles are invited from the employees working at the centers and units of Pool ‘B’ (VSSC, LPSC, IPRC, IISU, APEP, and IIST). 

Authors shall upload their articles through the submission portal https://www.iist.ac.in/oasp on or before September 18, 2026. 

The template for writing the paper / article is attached as Annexure - I for reference. 

Each author must submit, along with the paper, a declaration (Annexure – II) stating that the work is original and has not been published or presented elsewhere.
