Analog Electronics Circuits Lab
The Analog Electronics Circuits Lab is a common laboratory space used to conduct practical sessions for three courses: Analog Electronics for third-semester students, and Basic Electronics Engineering for second-semester students. The laboratory provides the necessary equipment and facilities for students to perform experiments and gain hands-on experience in electronic circuits, basic electronic components.
1. Analog Electronics Circuits Lab
The Analog Electronics Circuits Lab provides facilities for third-semester students to study and perform experiments on analog electronic circuits and components. Students learn the operating principles of diodes, transistors, amplifiers, oscillators, and other analog circuits. The lab helps students understand circuit behaviour through practical experiments, measurements, and testing. Analog electronics form the backbone of various modern electronic devices and systems. For undergraduate engineering students, particularly those pursuing degrees in Electronics Engineering (EEE) or related fields, a solid understanding of analog electronics is crucial. The Analog Electronics Lab provides a hands-on learning experience that complements theoretical knowledge, fostering a deeper understanding of the subject. The lab enables students to apply theoretical concepts learned in lectures. Students gain proficiency in using various laboratory instruments such as oscilloscopes, function generators, multimeters, and power supplies. They learn to design, build, and test analog circuits, fostering skills in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
2. Basic Electronics Lab
The Basic Electronics Lab introduces second-semester students to the fundamental concepts of electronics and electronic components. Students learn to identify and use components such as resistors, capacitors, diodes, and transistors. Through basic experiments, they gain practical knowledge of electronic circuits, electrical measurements, circuit assembly, and testing.
