Multimedia Library

The Multimedia library serves as a hub where students can explore themselves in a rich array of educational content. This facility offers access to lectures, MOOCs, etc on topics of their interest.  To support this, dedicated workstations with headsets and specialised software are made available for the students. This empowers students to utilise tools for their academic and research purposes.

Research Carrels

These workspaces provide a quiet and private environment for focused academic work. These dedicated spaces offer researchers a personal area to concentrate on tasks like writing, data analysis, or in-depth reading without distraction.  Carrels are equipped with computers, power outlets, and internet access to support individuals engaged in long-term projects, theses, or dissertations, fostering an atmosphere conducive to deep intellectual engagement and productivity.

Reading Hall

The reading hall is open for library users on a 24x7 basis.  This round-the-clock access ensures that individuals with varying schedules always have a dedicated and quiet space to focus on their academic pursuits. The reading hall is provided with Wi-Fi, power outlets, and a separate AC.  Library users are permitted to bring their books to the hall for their academic work.

Mini Conference Hall

Mini Conference Hall is designed to accommodate smaller group activities that require a more private and formal setting than open study areas. These halls are suited for different types of meetings, student project discussions, special classes, parallel sessions of seminars, etc.

Graphic Design Facility

This facility is established to meet the graphic design requirements of the institute.  Equipped with high-performance computer, industry-standard software, and high end printers and scanners this is used for creating documents such as Newsletters, Annual Reports, Seminar/Conference brochures, Workshop Materials, Calendars, etc. It helps to create quality marketing materials, website graphics, and event banners as and when required.

Book Exhibition Facility

This facility serves as a vibrant platform for showcasing books relevant to the academic and research requirements of the institute.  This enables the faculty and students to explore the latest publications, recommend titles for acquisition, and even purchase books at discounted rates. Ultimately, the book exhibition facility transforms the library from a static repository into a dynamic place where new books on different subject domains will be displayed for the perusal of users.

Scanning Facility

Library is equipped with a high-end machine and a flatbed scanner to meet the scanning requirements of the institute. This facility is used for scanning office documents, academic reports, and documents that need to be digitised.  Students and faculty are allowed to use this facility as per their requirements and convenience.

Printing / Reprographic Facility

The central printing and reprographic facility within the library offers convenient and efficient access to a range of document production tools. Equipped with high-end printers and photocopiers, this facility supports printing and photocopying theses, project reports, annual reports, newsletters, magazine, administrative documents, posters, and ID cards and proceedings for different programmes.  The service is also available at subsidised rate for printing personal documents.

Binding Facility

This central binding facility meets the binding requirements of the students and the institute. The facility is equipped with machines enabling it to execute diverse types of binding.  It offers simple binding, comb binding, spiral binding, hard binding, punch press binding, etc.  This facility is being used for binding academic theses, proceedings, books, bound volumes, administrative documents, and other personal documents.
